WHEREAS (I) Patricia Pye and (2) Richard Bonham, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kwale, registered under title No. Kwale/Diani Beach Block/464, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green/white cards issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof.
