TAKE NOTICE, pursuant to section 394 (1) of the Insolvency Act 2015, that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Fresenius Medical Care East Africa Limited held on 20th August, 2021, the members resolved to: I. Voluntarily liquidate the company on this 23rd day of August 2021. 2.
