NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 9th April, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 391, in Volume Dl, Folio 416/1475, File .No. MMXX, by me, Chaxy Chacha Moroga, formerly known as Nicholas Chacha Moroga, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of my former name Nicholas Chacha Moroga, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Chaxy Chacha Moroga, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address me by my assumed name Chaxy Chacha Moroga only. CHAXY CHACHA MOROGA, MR/2378298 formerly known as Nicholas Chacha Moroga.
