REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Charo Bomba Muzoka, of P.O. Box 519–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in leasehold interest from the Government of the Republic of Kenya of all that piece of land containing 0.2077 hectare or thereabouts, known as plot No. 12713/I/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 37485/1, by virtue of decree ELC E1 of 2020 in the chief magistrate’s court having acquired ownership by virtue of adverse possession, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered owner to surrender the title to the Registrar of Titles for transfer as per the decree have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed and issue a provisional certificate of title to Charo Bomba Muzoka as ordered by the court and upon such issuance, the title issued earlier to Esther Gaceri Kirima, shall be deemed as cancelled and of no effect.
