WHEREAS (1) Francis Gerard Mac Connel and (2) Isker Adhiambo Mac Connel, are registered as proprietors of a leasehold interest in all that piece of land containing 2.00 acres or thereabout, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, known as plot No. 487/III/MN, registered as C.R. 15754/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
