REGISTRATION

WHEREAS David Irungu Wairari (ID/5936140), of P.O. Box 5682, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of a leasehold interest in all that piece of land situate in the district of Ruiru, registered under title No. Ruiru Kiu Block 3 (Mwiki)/956, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue another certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
