WHEREAS Elizabetta Bettoni as administrator of the estate of Reno Marini Guiseppe (deceased), of P.O. Box 180–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold of all that piece of land known as portion No. 2990 (Orig. No. 34/10) Malindi, within Malindi Municipality situated in Kilifi District, registered as LT. 37, Folio 27/1, and whereas the deed file in respect of the said parcel of land of misplaced or lost in the registry, and whereas the registered owners have executed an indemnity in favour of the government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed 24th September, 2021 THE KENYA GAZETTE with the reconstruction of the said deed file as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
