REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Erastus Macharia Ngari alias Macharia s/o Ngari (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.44 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nyeri, known as Tetu/Thatha/450, and whereas the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Nyahururu in succession cause No. 122 of 2006, has issued grant of letters of administration intestate to James Ngari Kamotho, as an administrator and the beneficiary is Moses Muriithi Nyakweya, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents RL. 19 and RL. 7 in favour of the said James Ngari Kamotho, as an administrator and the beneficiary is Moses Muriithi Nyakweya, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Erastus Macharia Ngari alias Macharia s/o Ngari (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
