REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peris Wairimu Werugia alias Wairimu w/o Werungia (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.74 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nyeri, known as Thegenge/Karia/765, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nyeri in succession cause No. 340 of 2016, has issued grant of letters intestate to Gibson Wahome Werugia, as an administrator and to hold trust for the estate of Symon Nderitu Werugia, and whereas the said land title deed of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents RL. 19 and RL. 7 in favour of the said Gibson Wahome Werugia, as an administrator and to hold trust for the estate of Symon Nderitu Werugia, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Peris Wairimu Werugia alias Wairimu w/o Werungia (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
