THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Esther M. Nguu (deceased), of P.O. Box 40, Manyatta in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.03 acres or thereabouts, known as Ngandori/Manyatta/T.242, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Embu in succession cause no. 47 of 2019, has ordered that the said piece of land be registered in the name of (1) Caroline Karimi Muthoni and (2) Johnson Chomba K. Nguu alias Johnson C. K. Nguu, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said pieces of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said (1) Caroline Karimi Muthoni (ID/27982340)and (2) Johnson Chomba K. Nguu alias Johnson C. K. Nguu (ID/5746059), and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Ngurungu Njogu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
