REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Nderitu Ndemba (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Laikipia Nanyuki Marura Block 3/546(Sweetwaters), situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court of Kenya at Nanyuki in succession cause no. 57 of 2020, has issued grant in favour of Lucy Wangechi Nderitu, and whereas the said Lucy Wangechi Nderitu has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of R.L. 19 in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the title deed has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in the name of Lucy Wangechi Nderitu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to James Nderitu Ndemba (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
