THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ndungu Gachihi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land containing 0.05, 0.11, 0.07, 1.16, 0.2 and 1.8 hectares or thereabout, respectively, known as Bukira/Bwisaboka 1880, 1165, 1153, 2572, 4089 and Nyabasi/Bomerani/518, situate in the district of Kuria, and whereas the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Kehancha in succession cause no. E17 of 2020, has issued grant in favour of Jane Wamboi Ndungu, and whereas the transmission documents are ready for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 39 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Ndungu Gachihi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
