REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Blazius Fadhili Mjomba, of P.O. Box 88449, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land known as plot No. 25493, situate in south west of Voi Township in Taita District, registered as C.R. 25493, and whereas a restriction under section 65 (i) (f) has been registered against the title, and whereas no evidence exists in the deed file to explain how the restriction was placed. Whereas the owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Governmeant of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said deed of indemnity and remove the restriction as provided under the Act.
