IN PURSUANCE of the Land Act, 2012, part VIII, the National Land Commission on behalf of the Nairobi Metropolitan Services (NMS) gives notice that the Government intends to acquire the following parcel of land for use as a link road between Haille Selasie Avenue and Railways in Nairobi City County.
