NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to PinnaCLE Group of Kenya Limited, to take delivery of 5 Units, 40 Ft. containers Nos. PCIU 7402589, PCIU 7403163, PCIU 7402017, CAIU 5602975 and CAIU 5605803, from the yard of Yusuf, in Miritini and Port Reitz, Mombasa, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of of all storage charges together with other costs including cost of publication of this notice, failure to which the same shall be sold either by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges/costs and the balance, if any, shall remain at the owners credit, but should there be a shortfall, the owners shall be liable thereof.
