NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 26th July, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 36, in Volume B-13, Folio 2113/17152, File No. 1637, by our client, Emily Mosomi George, of P.O. Box 75008– 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Emily Mosomi Kamau, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Emily Mosomi Kamau and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Emily Mosomi George, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Emily Mosomi George only.
