NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 5th August, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1621, in Volume DI, Folio 496/1347, File No. MMXX, by our client, Muthoni Kihiko Ehmann, of P.O. Box 55738– 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Esther Muthoni Kihiko, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Esther Muthoni Kihiko and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Muthoni Kihiko Ehmann, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Muthoni Kihiko Ehmann only.
