NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 2nd September, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 201, in Volume D1, Folio 257/4425, File No. MMXXI, by our client, Ronnah Saada Kaviu, formerly known as Ronnah Katheu Kaviu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Ronnah Katheu Kaviu and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ronnah Saada Kaviu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Ronnah Saada Kaviu only.
