NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 10th September, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 406, in Volume B-13, Folio 2127/17301, File No. 1637, by our client, Amirah Wangui Mwarania, formerly known as Yasmin Wangui, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Yasmin Wangui, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Amirah Wangui Mwarania, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Amirah Wangui Mwarania only.
