WHEREAS Gilbert Benjamin Kitiyo, of P.O. Box 2297, Kitale in the Republic of Kenya, is the proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the district of Trans Noia, known as Kitale Municipality Block 15/1Coitogos/1587, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof shall br reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
