THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Nyakiamo, of P.O. Box 7226-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of leasehold of all that piece of land containing 0.9375 hectare or thereabouts, known as subdivision No. 5887/I/MN, registered under certificate of title as CR. 21012, and whereas the registered owner have executed an indemnity in favour of the government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the said deed of indemnity and remove the restriction as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
