THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Elias Njeru Chabari (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Juja/Komo Block 1/712, situate in the district of Murang'a, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate's Court at Chulca in succession cause no. 357 of 2016, directing the name of Elias Njeru Chabari be cancelled and replaced with that of Jeremy Kathenya, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Elias Njeru Chabari (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument and RL. 19 and RL. 7, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Elias Njeru Chabari (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
