WHEREAS Gitonga Githaiga (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.607 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nyeri, known as Thegenge/Gathuthi/821, and whereas the Chief Magistrate's Court at Nyeri in succession cause no. 10 of 2020, has issued grant of letters intestate to Ndirangu Gotonga, as an administrator and the beneficiary, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents RL. 19 and RL. 7 in favour of the said Ndirangu Gitonga, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Gitonga Githaiga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. GATHAIYA, MR/2371704 Land Registrar, Nyeri District. 15th October, 2021 THE KENYA GAZETTE 5507 GazEITE NOTICE No. 11063 THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT (No. 3 of 2012} REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Joseph Macharia Ngarega (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.0846 hectare or thereabouts, known as Miti Mingi/Mbaruk Block 5/209 (Kianjoya "B"), situate in the district of Naivasha, and whereas the Chief Magistrate's Court at Nakuru in succession cause No. 2f)6 of 2017, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (I) Paul Ngarega Macharia and (2) Francis Kihumba Macharia, and whereas alt efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue a land title deed to the said (1) Paul Ngarega Macharia and (2) Francis Kihunsba Macharia, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Macharia Ngarega (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
