NOTICE is given that Vruti Shantilal Shah c/o Stamford Corporate Services LLP, of P.O. Box 10643-00200, Nairobi, Kenya, has been appointed as an Administrator ("Administrator") of Cape Holdings Limited (Under Administration) ("the Company") effective the 12th October, 2021. Following the appointment, all the affairs and business of the company are being conducted by the administrator. The powers of the Administrator extend to all assets and undertakings of the company. The powers of the directors in terms of dealing with the company's assets ceased. Any party having a claim against the company to submit their claim in writing, with relevant supporting documentation, to the Administrator on or before the 12th November, 2021, for consideration. The administrators act as agent of the company without personal liability.
