APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 30 (1) (a) of the
Micro and Small Enterprises Act, 2012, 1 Uhuru Kenyatta, President of
the Republic of Kenya and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence
Forces, appoint—

to be the Chairperson of the Micro and Small Enterprises Authority,
