APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 25 (1) (a) of
the Mining Act, 2016, I, Uhuru Kenyatta, President of the Republic of
Kenya and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces, appoint—

to be the Chairperson of the National Mining Corporation, for a period
of three (3) years, with effect from the 6th October, 2021.
