IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 10 (1) (a) of the Anti-Doping Agency Act, 2016, I, Uhuru Kenyatta, President of the Republic of Kenya and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces, appoint— DANIEL OCHIENG MACDWALO to be the Chairperson of the Board of the Anti-Doping Agency of Kenya, for a period of three.
