IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (2) (a) of the Kenya Institute of Mass Communication Order, 2011, I, Uhuru Kenyatta, President of the Republic of Kenya and Commander-in- Chief of the Defence Forces, re-appoint— KATHLEEN OPENDA to be the Chairperson of the Council to the Kenya Institute of Mass Communication, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 6th October, 2021.
