IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 31 (1) (a) of the Water Act, 2016, I, Uhuru Kenyatta, President of the President of the Republic of Kenya and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces, appoint— MAJ. GEN. (RTD) ANDREW IKENYE to be the Chairperson of the National Water Harvesting and Storage Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 6th October, 2021.
