APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 14 (1) (a) of the
Water Act, 2016, I, Uhuru Kenyatta, President of the Republic of
Kenya and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces, appoint—

to be the Chairperson of the Water Resources Authority, for a period
