APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 11 (1) (a) of the
Kenya Roads Act, 2007, I, Uhuru Kenyatta, President of the Republic
of Kenya and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces, appoint
