IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 44 (2) (b) of the Privatization Act, the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury and Planning appoints— Maureen Cheruiyot, Charles Munyui, THE KENYA GAZEJ t 2021 to be members of the Privatization Appeals Tribunal, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 6th October, 2021.
