IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3B (1) of the
Insurance Act, the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury and
Planning appoints—

to be members of the Insurance Regulatory Authority, for a period of
three (3) years, with effect from the 6th October, 2021.
