IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (2) (h) of the Kenya Institute of Mass Communication Order, 2011, the. Cabinet Secretary for Information, Communication and Technology, Innovation and Youth Affairs appoint— DAVID MWANGI KURIA to be a member of the Council to the Kenya Institute of Mass Communication, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 6th October, 2021.
