APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sections 43 (2) and 43
(5) (d)
of the Labour Institutions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Labour
appoints—
LUKA KIPKEMEI KESSEI
to be a member of the Maritime Wages Council, for a period of three
(3) years, with effect from the 6th October, 2021. The appointment of
Stephen Kerio* is revoked.
