APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sections 43 (2) and 43
(5) (d)
of the Labour Institutions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Labour
appoints—
John Saiyaton,
Paul Kibet Chebii,
to be members of the Oil, Gas and Mineral Extraction Industry Wages
Council, for a period of three. (3) years, with effect from the 6th
October, 2021. The appointment* of James Lopeto and Erick
Kipkoech Korir is revoked.
