IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 12 (1) (f) of the Special Economic Zones Act,. 2015, the Cabinet Secretary for Industrialization, Trade and Enterprise Development appoints- HENRY ASUGA to be a member of the Special Economic Zones Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 6th October, 2021.
