TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. E4 OF 2021 By (I) Biria Monyangi Kerina. (2) John Benjamin Kerina and (3) John Kennedy Peter Kerina, all of P.O. Box 236-40502, Nyansiongo in Kenya, the deceased's widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kerina Nyangoka alias Peter Joel, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 19th March, 1992. CAUSE No. E9 OF 2021 By (1) David Okemwa Chacha and (2) Esther Kemunto Okemwa, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peterson Okemwa Omariba alias Omariba Okemwa, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd October, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
