TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E41 OF 2021 By (1) Mwenda Mweri Kaisha and (2) William Jefwa Mweri. the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mweri Kaisha Yaa, who died at Mbogolo, Kiriba, Kiliti, on 15th August, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
