TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. E562 OF 2021 By (1) Ernest Luyiakha Agola and (2) Victor Akola Luchitio, both of P.O. Box 577, Khayega in Kenya, the deceased's son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Clara Mukasiali Agola alias Clara Mukasiani Akola, who died at Shitochi, on 26th June, 2010. CA USE No. E567 OF 2021 By Modestar Makani Shikote, of P.O. Box 577, Khayega in Kenya, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Andole Kulabi alias Andole Kulabi, who died at Shidodo, on 18th September, 1997. CAUSE No. E612 OF 2021 By (1) Tom Lumonyo Kutema and (2) Antony Shisundi Shigoli, both of P.O. Box 375, Khayega in Kenya, the deceased's son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daudi Akutama Muhalia, who died at Museno, on 3rd March, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
