CAUSE No. E553 OF 2021 By Salome Nyambugi Njuguna, of P.O. Box 779-00217, Limuru in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Njuguna Thiaka alias Mr. Njuguna Michael, late of Kiambu, who died at P.C.E.A., Kikuyu Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd May, 2008.
