Box 24-90204, Kisasi in Kenya, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Salome Mitau alias Salome Kaviviu Mitau, who died at Kitui, on 3rd August, 2006. CAUSE No. E404 OF 2021 By Savani Mutia, of P.O. Box 1172-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lydia Syonthi Mutia alias Syonzi Mutia, who died on 3rd March, 1996. CAUSE No. 421 OF 2021 By Jenny Miti Mwanzi, of P.O. Box 143-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwanzi Mutunga, who died at Kitui, on 20th May, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
