TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E38 OF 2020 By Thomas Bachwa, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Weisiko Bachwa Kegocha alias Weisiko Banchwa Kegocha, who died at Nyametaburo Sub-location, on 23rd January, 2000. CAUSE NO. 120 OF 2021 By Vymne Ochieng Okuta, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Girphas Mayoga, who died at Kanyajuok Sub-location, on 10th March, 2000. CAUSE No. E215 OF 2021 By Ludia Atieno Adera, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Onyoo Achola alias James Onyo Achola, who died at Kajulu I Sub-location, on 9th September, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
