Box 65-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyandieka Nyakundi, who died at Kisii, on 18th .October, 2012. CAUSE No. 39 OF 2021 By Mary Mosomi Miruka, of P.O. Box 84-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Miruka Orenge Nyabwari alias Miruka Orenge, who died at Kisii, on 16th September, 2009. CAUSE No. 279 OF 2021 By (1) Heckins Arasa Nyakundi and (2) Moses Machenge Okiro, both of P.O. Box 590, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's brothers; for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Nyakundi Okiro alias Jackson Nyakundi Okiiro, who died at Bobaracho Sub-location, on 8th June, 2016. CAUSE No. 527 OF 2021 By Boisabi Mokua, of P.O. Box 590, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mokua Masuka, who died at Nyangena Hospital in Kenya, on 31st December, 2018. CAUSE No. 570 OF 2021 By Biliah Moraa Nyang'au, the deceased's Widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyakara Atandi, who died on 26th December, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance- in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
