Box 333-40502, Nyansiongo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Nyanchoga Ogaro, who died on 8th January, 2002. CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2021 By (1) Simeon John Nyang'ai and (2) Peter Ondieki Nyang'ai, both of P.O. Box 650-40502, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kwamboka Nyang'ai, who died on 12th April, 1971. Box 2464-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Omare Orina, who died at Mediheal Hospital in Kenya, on 11th September, 2021. CAUSE No. E107 OF 2021 By (1) Alice Kemunto Ondieki and (2) Trusilah Nyaboke Sanganyi, both of P.O. Box 1361, Nyaguku in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Nyanchama Sanganyi, who died on 1st December, 2020. CAUSE No. E109 OF 2021 By Samwel Momanyi Obare, of P.O. Box 200, Ikonge in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obare Orechi, who died on 20th April, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
