TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2020 By Peter Kiarii Muthoni, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njau Githinji alias Francis Njau Githinji, late of Juja, who died at Juja Farm, on 19th April, 2003. CAUSE No. E92 OF 2021 By Lucy Wairimu Mwangi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy Wairimu Mwangi, who died at Mugutha, on 30th May, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
