TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE No. E16 OF 2021
By (1) Christine Chesaro and (2) Albert Kemboi Chesaro, both of
P.O. Box 67239-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Ruto Chesaro, who died at Kaplel
Sub-location, on 5th July, 1976.
CAUSE No. EIS OF 2021
By (1) Christine Chesaro and (2) Albeit Kemboi Chesaro, both of
P.O. Box 67239-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Benson Kipchumba, who died
along Thika Road, on 4th November, 1992.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
