TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 6 OF 2020 By Cellestina Kavuta James, of P.O. Box 35, Kithyuko in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kisalu Mwololo, who died at Email Town, on 2nd August, 2018. CAUSE No. E233 OF 2021 By Nyambura Muriuki Kahurathi, of P.O. Box 18-90124, Kithimani in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muriuki Kahurathi alias Luka Muriuki Kahurathi Kamondo, who died at Mamba, Ndalani, on 27th December, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
