CAUSE No. 326 OF 2021 By John Obayo Ofwago, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphael Ofwago Onyore alias Rafael Ofwago Onyore alias Rapael Ofwago Onyore, who died on 8th February, 1991. CAUSE No.333 OF 2021 By Christine Achieng Oduda, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oduda Omira alias Nathaniel Oduda Omira, who died on 14th August, 1978. CAUSE No. E460 OF 2021 By Alfred Harry Nyasiri Mogalo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Mogalo Ajude, who died on 18th March, 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
