CAUSE No. E13 OF 2021 By (1) Thomas Maroa Chacha and (2) John Rioba Chacha, both of P.O. Box 241, Suna in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nsembe Mwita Muniko, who died at Tagare Sub-location, on 30th October, 1998. CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2021 By Joseph Getangita Magoko, of P.O. Box 248, Isebania, the deceased's administrator, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Magoko Nyairaria alias Magoko Nyairari, who died at Nyametaburo Sub-location, on 1st January, 1980. CAUSE No. E59 of 2021 By Francis Mwita Bwiri, of P.O. Box 1, Kegonga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bwiri Mantago alias Bwiri Mantago Werema, who died at Kegonche Sub- location, on 23rd May, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
